Gregory brand has recently launched two completely new series for travel, Tetrad Packs for men and Tribute Packs for women. They come with some truly great features, including a detachable daypack.
The Tetrad packs for men include Tetrad 75, Tetrad 60, and Tetrad 40 liters, and the women’s version includes Tribute 70, Tribute 50, and Tribute 40 liters packs.
The packs are lightweight and constructed with a wishbone frame suspension and as HDPE framesheet. Anti-barreling cross-stay keeps the pack from losing its shape even if fully loaded. Their design is such that you can use them for travel as well as for outdoor activities.
But wait to see the list of their impressive features, here are the most important once:
- The four largest packs include a detachable day pack which can be unzipped and use for day tours. Its size is in the range 18-20 liters dependent on the carrier pack to which it attaches. It is fully-featured with a durable front mesh stuff pocket, a padded 13” laptop and tablet sleeve, and dual water bottle pockets.
- You have a fully adjustable torso length, so different family members can use the pack and still have a perfect fit.
- The main zipper is large and the pack opens like a suitcase. Note that the zipper is lockable.
- Inside of the main compartment you have an active shield compartment for vapor-, dirt- and odor-resistant protection.
- The packs come with a 3-in-1 cover. It is such that you zip in the pack completely for check-in, and against theft. The zipper which is there is also lockable. The cover can be used as a rain cover of course.
- Top zippered pocket for storage of 3-in-1 cover doubles as quick access pocket.
- Internal zippered quick-access security pocket.
- Zippered internal mesh organization pocket.
- The packs are with padded handles on three sides.
- Foam padding on the exterior of the packs.
- Flip guard compression panels to protect the main zippered opening.
- Reflective front loops for attachment.
- Comfort grip zipper pulls.
- Integrated safety whistle on the sternum strap.
- Load lifters are available.
- Dual compression straps are on each side.
